Every person at Worx Printing Cooperative is a member of the United Steelworkers Union. Our worker-owned union cooperative is based in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Worx specializes in state-of-the-art, fashion-forward printing techniques. We create custom T-shirts, hats, bags, and all kinds of merchandise, using advanced direct-to-textile digital printing technology.
We proudly stand in a centuries long line of union- and worker-led efforts, from organizing to policy-making and protests, that have reimagined how American labor can—and should—work.
Worx is a founding member of the usw co-ops council
Worx Printing Co-op helped bring forth the burgeoning Co-op Council within the USW along with Sustainergy, Co-op Cincy, and Action OSH.
Organizations including the US Federation of Worker Co-ops Union Co-op Council, 1worker1vote and Co-op Cincy have continued to grow and develop worker ownership combined with Union membership.
In 2025, the USW membership resolved to promote and develop unionized, worker-owned Union Co-ops as a profitable and sustainable means to create jobs and support communities.
